Organic Additive Free Coconut Milk Cream 24% Fat content

This is the liquid that comes from the grated meat of mature coconuts.

We use a UHT process in the making of coconut milk & cream and its Aseptically packed under sterilized conditions. The Factory is dedicated to making coconut cream and milk and we are one of the largest manufacturers of UHT coconut cream in Sri Lanka.

UHT or ‘Ultra High-Temperature processing’, is a way of sterilizing liquid food, like coconut milk. The liquid is heated for 2-5 seconds at 135°– hot enough to kill bacteria. The product is aseptically packed, you can keep our organic coconut milk/cream in ambient temperature when storing.

Coconut Cream: What is it?
Coconut cream comes from the white endosperm often referred to as the meat of the coconut.  The meat is grated or shredded and then pressed to produce coconut cream.  The end result of pressing the meat is a smooth, thick liquid.  Coconut milk can also be produced from coconut cream by standardizing with water to reduce the overall fat content.

What’s great about Coconut Cream?

Our Coconut creams contain 24% fat. The fatty acid profile of coconut cream consists of monounsaturated fatty acid including oleic acid and medium-chain fatty acids including lauric acid, capric acid, and caprylic acid. Coconut cream is naturally cholesterol-free and low in sugar and carbsCoconut cream has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a flavor that is not overly sweet.  The mouthfeel of coconut cream is comparable to the mouthfeel of heavy whipping cream, although coconut cream has less fat than heavy whipping cream.  Coconut cream is a great substitute for dairy ingredients such as milk and heavy cream because it has a mild flavor and enhances flavor when combined with other ingredients.
How to use it?
Coconut cream can be used in a variety of different applications where traditional dairy is used including milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, coffee creamer, whipped cream, buttermilk, and yogurt. Coconut Cream makes the perfect dairy replacement because it lacks the subtle aftertaste that can be an issue with soy-based drinks. The creamy texture of coconut cream also makes it perfect to add to lattes, hot chocolate, tea, and coffee beverages.
