No Monkey Business
At HVA Ceylon, we prioritize ethical sourcing practices. We firmly reject animal cruelty and the use of monkeys or any animals to harvest coconut or any other purposes within our production. We certify a cruelty free harvest process.

Building Sanitary Facilities for Schools

Our initiation to enhance infrastructure in schools in Sri Lanka to uplift sanitation and hygiene standards, by prioritizing the establishment of newly built sanitary facilities. We aim to create healthier learning environments and improve hygiene and cleanliness standards in schools, instilling better hygiene practices among children, and constructing new washrooms that meet hygienic regulations and cater to the basic needs of students.
Waste Management Initiatives in Schools
-Restore Earth-
Through our “Restore Earth” initiative, we introduce and ensure an effective solid waste management system in schools. At HVA Ceylon we aim to create healthier learning environments and nurturing sustainable habits among youth. We aim to educate students, staff, and the wider school community about the significance of waste segregation and its positive environmental impact.
Distribution of Essential Food for our Communities
In HVA Ceylon’s commitment to fostering a supportive and resilient community, we have initiated a program to distribute essential food items to our neighboring communities in the manufacturing facilities. Recognizing the importance of access to nutritious food for overall well being, we aim to address food insecurity challenges and support those in need during the unprecedented times.
Commitment to Community
Our manufacturer KAP, Sri Lanka started its “Fair for Life” journey in 2021. Fair for Life is a certification ensuring fair treatment, ethical practices, and sustainability across supply chains, promoting social responsibility and equitable benefits. Fair for life program supports the community by enhancing healthcare, fostered education, enhancing coconut cultivation, supporting livelihoods, elevating farm safety and enhancing coconut home gardening.
In collaboration with with our manufacturing partner KAP’s, educational and guidance program “Shilpabhisheka” – “For Better Tomorrow” program, was designed and developed for investing in the future & building a brighter tomorrow with the focus of helping the students in socially and economically disadvantaged schools in Sri Lanka. By bridging the gap in resources and opportunities, we are empowering children to reach their full potential and contribute to the future.
